Pulpit Minister Jim Dillinger
Jim Dillinger and his late wife, JoAn, came to Green Valley from Alaska in 1987. Jim was a teenager in this congregation and went on to Michigan Christian College (now named Rochester College) where he met JoAn. They married in October of the next year and moved to Lebanon, Indiana to preach. Later, Jim attended and graduated from Sunset School of Preaching. Jim has been preaching for more than 40 years. He has served churches in Milwaukee, Stevens Point and Marshfield, Wisconsin. He served five years in Cardiff, Wales, and seven years in Anchor Point, Alaska. Besides preaching for Green Valley, Jim also travels to Malawi on short-term mission trips. Jim is now married to Katie Lloyd who is a wonderful help meet for him. | Youth Minister Mitchell Haynes
Mitchell Haynes, our youth minister, is a graduate of David Lipscomb University. He has been a full time youth minister for over fifteen years, serving congregations in Indiana, Ohio, Tennessee, and Texas. Mitchell and his wife, Stacy, have three boys. Mitchell is in the process of finishing his Master's Degree in Adolescent Therapy. This training has proven to be a vital tool in working with young people. His passion for service and his love for the Lord are the basis for his work and his life. |
